Stunt Fighting

Patrick Vuong | Stunt Fighter

Whether a scene calls for a traditional kung fu hero or a gangbanger, a kickboxing expert or a street brawler, Patrick Vuong delivers the reactions, timing, martial versatility, and acting skills needed to blaze the screen in any given role and to further the story.

When performing he draws from more than 14 years of martial-arts experience, dozens of live demo performances, and a lifelong love affair with movie brawls and action scenes.

Plus, to maintain his longevity and expand his tradecraft, Patrick teaches kung fu, studies European and Southeast Asian weapons, lifts weights, plays contact sports and studies new action choreography on a weekly basis.

Patrick specializes in:

  • martial-arts fight scenes
  • Hong Kong-style brawls with multiple opponents
  • hits and reactions
  • knife fights
  • traditional Chinese weapons (sword, spear, staff, etc.)
  • kicks (street-fighting style, high, jumping and spinning)
  • Low falls and tumbling
